DOMOS is a web and mobile platform that centralizes the complete management of a residential property into a single system. The premise is straightforward: a home continuously generates information that needs to be managed — contracts with different deadlines, systems requiring maintenance, documents to archive, smart devices to control, expenses to track — and today all of this is scattered across different apps, spreadsheets and mental reminders. DOMOS aggregates every aspect into a coherent interface, organizes it by category and makes it actionable through automatic alerts, reports and direct access to services.
Access begins with a guided five-step onboarding in which the user builds the complete profile of their property: type, surface area, amenities and notification preferences. From that point, the main dashboard displays in real time the aggregated monthly cost, the status of technical systems, imminent deadlines and the home’s security score.
The platform is structured around thirteen functional modules. The Systems module inventories every technical installation — electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, gas — with a full intervention history and alerts for upcoming maintenance. Utilities & Contracts aggregates all active providers, calculates the total monthly expenditure and notifies the user before any automatic renewal. The Energy module monitors consumption over time and includes a photovoltaic potential calculator based on roof surface area and latitude. Maintenance manages a complete calendar with priorities, estimated costs and scheduled frequencies. Security tracks all installed devices — cameras, smart locks, smoke and gas detectors, fire extinguishers — calculates a dynamic security score and flags overdue tests. Documents is a digital archive of deeds, certifications, warranties and contracts with expiry alerts. Insurance manages active policies and automatically analyzes coverage gaps. Finances aggregates all domestic costs, produces an annual projection and an exportable PDF report, and includes a mortgage tracker. The Smart Home module natively integrates Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Samsung SmartThings, enabling control of scenes and devices from a single room-organized interface. Outdoor spaces manages garden, terrace, pool, garage and cellar with a seasonal checklist. Home services tracks recurring bookings for cleaning, gardening and other services with history and ratings. Professionals is a marketplace of verified tradespeople by category — plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians and others — with rates, operating area and emergency availability. Finally, the AI Assistant accesses the complete home profile to answer specific questions and suggest proactive actions contextualized to the actual state of the property.
The platform is available here, on the AppStore and the Google Play Store. The IP is registered through Patamu with coverage across 172 countries adhering to the Berne Convention.
